Established roofing company in Baltimore MD is looking to hire an Admin to help ease the burden on the company. This role is new to this company and the candidate will have the opportunity to help form and shape this role while also helping out the entire team. This role is an at home position as we have no office.
Duties include:
Answer calls from company provided iPhone.
Set up appts for sales using company provided computer.
Answer emails.
Managing and posting on social media
Reaching out to customers to get google reviews
Calling previous customers to gain more leads
Setting and maintaining systems and processes that make sense for this position.
