Clarity HR Solutions is partnering with Marquee Asset Management to find an experienced and highly organized Administrative Assistant for their new Scottsdale office.

Job description

The ideal candidate will exhibit high standards, excellent communication skills, and have an ability to take initiative, and prioritize daily tasks. A strong ability to take charge and meet tight deadlines will ensure your success in this multi-faceted role.

Responsibilities

  • Managing the calendar of the office as well as providing scheduling support to specific executives.
  • Assisting in drafting office wide reports, agendas and/memos as well as the editing and proofreading of other documents.
  • Maintaining and updating digital file organization.
  • Managing office management responsibilities including: call screening, catering arrangements, and conference room preparation.
  • Transcribe, type, format, and proofread a variety of material using word processing, presentation, graphics and spreadsheet software.

Qualifications

  • Candidates with 5-6 years of administrative experience in construction, architecture, real estate or legal firms will be given priority.
  • Must be experienced with calendaring, drafting reports/agendas/memos, digital record-keeping and file organization, and office management.
  • Must have experience with Microsoft Enterprise (OneDrive, Sharepoint, Powerpoint and Teams).
  • Must be an excellent communicator, very organized and have great follow through.
  • Candidates with short-hand experience will be highly considered.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma
  • 5+ years of relevant work experience.
  • Strong interpersonal, customer service and communication skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $40,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
