A global semiconductor leader client of ours is looking to bring on an Administrative Assistant to join their End User Support team. This team is responsible for new hire support and computer reclamations for all of the North America branches. The candidate will need to assist in coordinating with managers for all the new hires being onboarded to ensure they document what equipment is needed, stick with timelines and orders, and make sure everyone coming in has a working computers when they start. They also will assist in computer and equipment reclamations when an employee either leaves or needs upgrades. They will need to plan accordingly with inventory stock and order time to ensure timelines are met. The ideal candidate will be a solutions provider, extremely organized, and have great communication and documentation skills. They will need to be able to work independently to help assist the manager. This person will need to be both friendly and persistent to stay on top of timelines and hold hiring managers accountable. This is an onsite job out of the beautiful San Jose, CA location and a great opportunity to support a growing industry in the semiconductor space!
Must haves
- Excellent communication skills - both verbal and written
- Excellent computer skills in Excell documentation
- Great attention to detail and organization
- Desire to be proactive and create a positive experience for others
- Maintain polite and professional communication via phone and e-mail
- Bachelor's Degree (?)
