Meison is a family-owned fashion apparel company that owns/operates a number of high-end women’s apparel brands including Jones New York, Ming Wang, Misook, Masai Copenhagen and Kasper. Our products are sold in the U.S. through our own direct-to-consumer channels, high-end boutiques, and department stores like Neiman Marcus, Saks 5th Avenue, Nordstrom, Bloomingdale’s and Dillard’s.
Meison is seeking a detail-oriented Administrative Assistant who is solution oriented to provide the best customer experience and support our Sales Manager Team.

Responsibilities:
- Handle customer inquiries and troubleshoot product issues and concerns through various channels (phone, email, chat) for current brands (Jones New York, Ming Wang, Misook, Masai, and Kasper)
- Ensure accuracy of customer re-orders by verifying customer account status, accurately entering order information, monitoring inventory, and ensuring timely shipment of orders as needed
- Maintain customer records by updating account information
- Process orders, returns, and other requests
- Partners with Accounting by regularly contacting past due accounts, addressing invoice issues, and accepting payments on accounts
- Communicate with stores regarding market appointments, sales and events
- Build and manage relationships with stores
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
- 2 years of experience in customer service, sales, or other related fields in a call center environment
- Previous experience in online chat support is highly preferred
- Excellent communication and basic computer skills
- Deadline and detail-oriented, able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
