Our company is actively recruiting a Customer Service Rep/Data Entry Processing to join our team. We are a leading provider of cleaning and hygiene solutions to the institutional, commercial, and retail markets since 2004. Our focuses include manufacturing and distribution of products as well as service and training for our customers. We strive to exceed our objectives of helping to drive greater customer satisfaction.

RESPONSIBILITIE

• Assist in customer service as needed.
• Enter any information required into the system
• Answer calls as needed
• Assist in any related office projects
• Help facilitate information as needed to other team members
• Do reports, recordkeeping and tracking of items.
• Assist Manager with various other administrative and filing responsibilities

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

• A high school diploma or equivalent
• 1+ years of previous work experience
• Display excellent verbal and written communication skills in a fast- paced work environment
• Ability to interact professionally with others and work independently
• Superior Computer skills
• Highly dependable and organized

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.00 - $17.00 per hour
