Winfield Security has successfully provided security services for over 45 years! We are based in Midtown Manhattan and we provide unarmed Security Guard Services to a large variety of clients throughout New York City. Requirements:
To be successful in this role, candidates must possess and perform the following:

• Carry out administrative duties such as filing, typing, copying, binding, scanning, etc.
• Welcome visitors and provide assistance when necessary
• Answering incoming phone calls taking messages and redirecting calls as required
• Assist other departments with administrative or clerical support
• Data entry and generation of reports
• Provide general support to new hires and collect new hire documents
• Collect, process, and distribute incoming mail as well as compose and send correspondence for other office staff

Qualified candidate will have the following:

• Proven experience as an office administrator, office assistant, or relevant role
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office and office management software
• Be a highly organized multitasker who works well in a fast-paced environment
• High school diploma, some college preferred
