Job description

We are looking for an Admissions Coordinator for our Client, a leading provider of international medical education.

This is a temporary job, full-time, Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm. Hybrid (2 days in the office, 3 days remote).

In this role you will be providing administrative support to the admissions team.

An ideal candidate would have administrative experience in a professional setting and good computer skills. New grads are welcome!

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Ensure the timely processing of all applications and that timely communications are being sent to the applicants regarding the status and completion of the applications.
• Adhere to all recruitment and Admission processes and procedures to ensure effective contact management, including phone/email follow up throughout inquiry to matriculation cycle.
• Enter, track, and review all applications and supplemental documentation within the specified time frames.
• Work closely with the Admissions Staff during the acceptance stage regarding deposits, housing, flight information, etc.
• Support the Interview Program team with scheduling prospective student interviews.
• Support the processing of graduate caller applications and payroll.
• Facilitate student enrollment, housing, and registration processes.
• Assist in admission projects as requested.

Job Types: Full-time, Temporary

Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour
