A little bit about this role....
The Member Administration Coordinator will be responsible for accurate and timely changes to customer accounts, documentation management, processing interdepartmental requests, and supporting the operations department and team through clear communication.
A few of the responsibilities...
- Completes changes to customer accounts such as upgrades, downgrades, enrollments, and cancelations
- Coordinates between departments to ensure customer issues are addressed
- Assist with help desk tickets
- Gift purchasing and tracking for members and team
- Preparing research for new initiatives
- Calendar management for deliverables and meetings
- Creating and maintaining Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
Education and Experience:
- Minimum 2 years' experience in administration
- Proficient in MS Office suite
- Experience with Infusionsoft or other CRM is a plus
