MAC Power LLC, a utility construction company, is looking for an Administrative Coordinator to assist with administrative operations and facilitate process and communication efficiency and effectiveness throughout the organization.

This position will involve some travel: our crews work in the field to repair, maintain, and build new electrical infrastructure throughout Arizona and our ideal Administrative Coordinator will learn and assist with most aspects of project management including:

  • Assist crew Foremen - pickup/dropoff crew paperwork, receive job status updates
  • Coordinating scheduling with crews, office, and customers
  • Maintaining inventory and fleet records
  • Assist operations staff with job specific project management tasks as needed

Computer/general tech proficiency is a MUST, and construction industry experience is a huge plus!

Clean driving record required. Must pass a drug test and background check.

Most days will be in-office working with operations staff, with some time spent at the crew's off-site Showup yard in Apache Junction.

We are a small, dedicated team and are looking for other career-minded individuals who want to learn every aspect of our operations and advance with a rapidly growing company!

Pay/Benefits:

  • $18 - $23 / hr DOE
  • Health, vision, dental, life insurance after 90 day probationary period

Please note - Office location is changing, estimated to happen February 2023: the office is moving from Apache Junction to Chandler/Sun Lakes area.

Pay: $18.00 - $23.00 per hour
