We're seeking an experienced Administrative and Support Coordinator for an ongoing, part-time role with our team! As our Administrative and Support Manager, you’ll work directly with the CEO, COO, and other team members, and will be the a team member responsible for the following:

1) Serving as Therapist Liaison

  • Oversee Therapist Recruiting & Onboarding (includes reviewing and managing therapist applications; verifying therapist licenses and other professional qualifications; managing therapist contracting process).
  • Therapist Management & Support (includes providing therapists with administrative support by email and phone, as needed; issuing bi-weekly payments to therapists).

2) Client Support

  • Work with therapy clients to help with scheduling, platform issues, and other customer service requests.
  • Client Support (includes invoicing employer clients monthly; assisting individual clients with payment and scheduling issues, as needed).

3) Other Administrative + Support Responsibilities

  • Internal Support (may include, for example, occasional data entry or lead generation, as needed).

REQUIREMENTS & QUALIFICATIONS

  • Must be able to work remotely with access to their own computer & Wi-Fi.
  • Must be culturally competent and committed to diversity, equity, and inclusion.
  • Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Must be highly organized, detail-oriented and able to manage multiple projects and responsibilities at the same time.
  • Must be independent and resourceful.
  • Must have experience with these or similar programs for processing payments and contracts: Excel; PayPal; Stripe; PandaDoc.
  • Experience with Helpscout and Jira preferred.
  • Must have a positive attitude and a sense of humor!

SCHEDULE & DURATION

  • Approximately 10 Hours/Week; Ongoing Role, Opportunity for more
  • Hours are flexible but you must have some availability each day during business hours to monitor your inbox and respond to therapist and client inquiries in a timely manner, as needed.
