BEST Logistics Group is excited to announce our newest role for an Administrative Team Lead!
This particular role, within our Kernersville based Administration Department, will offer direct support to our Administration Manager, as well as the team supporting a variety of functions including Accounts Payable/Receivable, billing, collections, and other administrative support functions to our various business units. For this dynamic new opening, we are looking for someone who:
- Is an ambitious, motivated self-starter who is excited for the opportunity for growth with an expanding company
- Is detail-oriented, with a background performing a variety of accounting functions: A/R, A/P, billing, processing invoices, collections, and more within a fast-paced and ever changing environment
- Has experience (preferred) with MS Great Plains software and who has a deep knowledge of MS Office, particularly Excel
- Knows how to communicate well to direct leadership, while also being able to work elbow-to-elbow with teammates to get daily tasks accomplished, while establishing strong relationships
- Is adaptable to working in a variety of support functions at any given time to help the needs of the team.
- Will be able to assist the Administration Manager with the professional development of the team
- Assist as a point of contact in the department to business unit leaders and customers on an as-needed basis
- Has a sense of urgency around task completion and holds a high level of accountability on projects they are assigned to
- Responsibility for special projects as assigned by the Administration Manager
- Several years of relevant professional experience
- Careful, systematic, and conscientious way of working
- Independence, an affinity for numbers and a high degree of responsibility
