Addendum A

The position of Church Administrator will consist of performing the management for our church offices, services, and events. Monday - Friday 9 am to 4 pm, & Sundays 8 am to 12:30 pm & Events as needed.

  • Serve as the main liaison between office staff, departments, pastors and elders in the resolution of day to day administrative and operational needs
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings, interviews, appointments, weddings, funerals, outside speaking engagements, events and other similar activities for pastors, including appointments and travel and lodging arrangements for outside speaking engagements
  • Organize and assist the pastors and elders in managing all services, special events, classes, weddings, funerals, corporate agendas and itineraries, including: catering and rental needs, securing locations, setup, supply and food planning, purchase and distribution, and manpower coordination
  • Ensure all staff, pastors, and elders have updated information for general procedures, member updates, etc…
  • Correspond with ministry guests for all scheduling, accommodation, and accounting needs
  • Assist in managing bookkeeper/receptionist and supervise their productivity and efficiency
  • Compose and edit pastoral, individual member, and church wide correspondence as well as verbiage for event promotions
  • Maintain supplies and refreshments for pastors’ office, children’s ministry, and general church utilization as needed
  • Maintain and update campus folders on Google Drive.
  • Maintain the pastors’ church calendar as well as the church calendar
  • Assist in managing benevolence requests including vendor correspondence, payment details and communicate approval or denial to members
  • Responsible for campus marketing and registrations including; verbal announcements, bulletin promotions, video announcements, printed promotional materials, mass emails, online registration, sign ups, etc…
  • Serve as CCB database internal auditor and manager
  • Help departmental directors manage volunteer applications and background check processes
  • Assist with various administrative duties for staff meetings, service schedules, contributions coordination, etc…
  • Help Pastors and Elders build programs for Small Groups, First Time Guests, Membership

Experience:
