KEY OBJECTIVE(S): The main purpose of the Team Lead - Admissions is:
- To provide direction to Admissions team members while ensuring that outstanding guest service is provided to our guests at all times.
- Provide leadership to Admissions team members emphasizing guest service, safety, and cleanliness.
- Resolve guest issues or direct the matter to appropriate staff for resolution or action.
- Serve as on-duty person in charge in absence of a Guest Services Supervisor.
- Operate a computerized POS system in an efficient and timely manner.
- Assist guests in the purchasing of American Dream tickets and gift cards.
- Ensure that all team members are complying with company policy and procedure.
- Assure that all guests receive prompt and courteous attention.
- Assist with the documentation and communication of employee performance issues.
- Maintain overall safety and cleanliness for work area.
- May provide direction/support in other work areas such as needed.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Previous leadership experience preferred
- 1-2 years post-secondary education preferred
- At least 3 years of guest service experience
- Must possess outstanding guest service skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Basic computer skills
- Stand and move-frequently, 90% of time
- Perform repetitive motion (using keyboard)-Frequently, 70% of time
- Reach at or below shoulder level- frequently, 90% of time
- Stoop/Squat-Frequently, 70%
