We are looking for an APRN who is passionate about helping others and has a strong desire to make a positive impact in the lives of those around them.

Responsibilities:

Perform a broad array of nursing procedures and administer prescribed medications. Assist patients/families to resolve problems through counseling and/or referral to other services.

Provide follow-up visits or referrals to specialist care.

Administer medications according to physician's orders, state regulations, and appropriate standards of practice.

Assess health status, including medical/surgical conditions, allergies, and problem behaviors/patterns, and develop a plan of care based on assessment findings.

Implement the plan of care including initial, ongoing assessment of the patient's response to treatment, and address changes in health status.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: $110,000.00 - $160,000.00 per year
