The Lab by Custom Med is a small business in San Francisco, CA 94115. We are inclusive, collaborative and our goal is to inspire and create lasting results. We are seeking an experienced aesthetic nurse for an innovative, state of the art medical body clinic founded by an MD. This practice is a high end membership model. Experience with body sculpting and contouring a must. This practice combines the use of laboratory data, medications, supplements, and machines to help patients Live Longer, Look Stronger and Love More! Please join us.
Duties include:
- Operating the machines
- Phlebotomy and processing of send-out labs
- Inventory and ordering of all medical, lab, retail, and office supplies
- Processing of patient in-office purchases on our POS system
- Office admin: organizing medical records, making patient charts, faxing records, sending referrals, dictating patient charts
- Office calendar management
- Scheduling appointments
- Lunch catering for patients
- Onboarding new patients to our EMR, eClinicalWorks
- Assisting MD with prescription refills and patient requests
- We are seeking a candidate that can commit to a minimum of 1 year in the practice
