Weiler Plastic Surgery, LLC is looking for an enthusiastic and driven Medical Aesthetician & Body Contouring Specialist to join our team! Our practice includes locations in Baton Rouge, Hammond, Covington, Denham Springs and Slidell. As we continue to grow, we are looking for a Medical Aesthetician to help us strengthen our brand by providing patients with a variety of aesthetic procedures and non surgical body contouring options. The right candidate has a passion for creating amazing patient experiences through professional and genuine interactions.

Medical Aesthetician

Basic Function

We are looking for an enthusiastic and driven Medical Aesthetician who can work in a fast paced environment and has a passion for customer service.

-Employee will work in our Covington & Hammond offices.

-Employee must develop knowledge of all aesthetic procedures and products while being able to effectively transfer knowledge to patients.

-Efficient use of electronic medical records.

Responsibilities

You will:

• Deliver treatments using established medical protocols
• Have the ability to properly consult with a patient (new and follow up visits), diagnose skin conditions/concerns, properly formulate a treatment plan, and ensure the patient's skin health goals are achieved.
• Develop strong client relationships
• Confidently and comfortably discuss the price of the treatment plan and discuss in a way to instill confidence in the patient in making the decision to be treated at Weiler Plastic Surgery.
• Educate patients about the importance of medical grade skincare as a significant part of their overall treatment plan; this requires an ability to diagnose the individual patient’s skin needs, identifying correct products for the at-home treatment plan, and ensuring the patient’s understanding of the necessity of proper utilization and continuation of remaining on the product in order to maintain optimal results.
• Be responsible for supporting the Physician/NP's and staff during clinic
• Efficiently use electronic medical record
• Be knowledgeable in all products and services offered
• Create a welcoming and professional environment for all patients

You are:

• A licensed Medical Aesthetician
• A candidate who strives for excellence and adapts well to change in a fast-paced environment
• Passionate about customer service and take initiative to go above and beyond to create amazing patient interactions
• Outgoing and able to communicate effectively with other office staff

* Laser certification and experience preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $15.00 per hour
