We are looking for a Customer Service Representative, that will promote customer satisfaction by converting incoming customer calls into booked service appointments. Experience using ServiceTitan to book calls is a MUST.

The RIGHT candidate will be answering calls and booking appointments from 5 PM to 10 PM every day from home - there is no need to come to an office. We are looking for someone with a great attitude, whose personality shines through the phone. Are you hungry for more? This hourly paid position has the potential for weekly bonuses. Looking for someone who can start ASAP. This role will work nights & weekends and can be a remote/work-from-home role, but we prefer a candidate who lives in the Philly area.

Responsibilities:

• Answer inbound calls with professionalism.
• Maintain and update our customer database with complete and accurate information.
• Know how to establish customer rapport to ensure the highest levels of satisfaction.
• Show yourself as professional and knowledgeable to win new referrals and repeat business.
• Adhere to the company’s plan for resolving customer complaints quickly and favorably.
• Participate actively in all training exercises and meetings.

Desired Skills and Experience:

• MUST HAVE CUSTOMER SERVICE experience working in the Home Services industry
• MUST HAVE ServiceTitan experience
• Highly organized with exceptional follow-through abilities.
• Strong verbal and written communication.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $20.00 per hour
