MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES

• Responsibilities include a broad range of Aviation related services for aircraft to include; towing, marshalling and deicing of aircraft.
• Lavatory servicing, potable water service, ground power, and aircraft cleaning
• Prepare aircraft commissary carts, deliver to and from the aircraft.
• Transport, load, and offload customer luggage to and from the aircraft, requires drive tugs to tow baggage carts.
• Operate and fuel various ground equipment such as baggage tractors, belt loaders, push-back tugs, and commissary trucks.
• Assist with customer luggage and any additional customer service requests.
• General housekeeping, snow removal, maintaining clean assigned area.
• Ensure ramp area is safe and secure.
• Work in conjunction with other departments to ensure on time performance.
• Deliver exceptional customer service skills and have a positive, service- oriented disposition
• Other duties as assigned.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

• High School diploma or GED.
• Valid Drivers license.
• Strong communications and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks effectively and accurately within multiple time restraints.
• Customer focused and analytical with good judgment, able to work under pressure and a team player.
• Aptitude to perform responsibilities with a positive attitude and in a professional manner at all times.
• Must be able to communicate clearly both verbally and written.
• Ability to Read, write and speak English.
• Must be available to work nights, weekends and holidays.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

• Must regularly stand, walk, sit, reach with hands and arms, climb, balance; stoop, kneel and lift up to 70 lbs. unassisted.
• Vision abilities include close, distance, color, and peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus.
• Must be able to talk and hear.
• Frequently may be exposed to loud noises, temperature changes, heat, and humidity.
• Position requires working outside and in all weather conditions while exposed to moderate to loud noise levels requiring mandatory hearing protection.
