Candidate must be able to effectively communicate all airline business to Internal and external departments. Well-developed planning and organizational skills are required. Under the guidance of the Station manager, Must be able to execute goals and objectives and constantly measure performance against these goals and objectives to maintain the performance of the station. Responsibility to evaluate, manage and provide ongoing feedback to employees and develop individuals, and encourage career advancement. Lead by example, exemplifying integrity, professionalism, and excellent communication skills. Motivate to achieve results while managing people fairly and with respect. Must be totally committed to the importance of serving the customer and have an excellent customer service focus. Candidate must be able to interface with the client’s quality control and station personnel on a regular basis.

Candidate should have knowledge and experience with airline service operations, with emphasis on cabin cleaning and passenger assistance services.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee cabin cleaning, passenger service, and terminal janitorial operations
• Interface with airline staff to plan and coordinate the scheduling and performance of wheelchair escorts.
• Train employees to offer exemplary customer service for passenger requests for wheelchair and ADA assistance, unaccompanied minors, and other select needs as outlined in the contract.
• Schedule, manage, and discipline employees and assist in their career development.
• Assist contract manager to run operations as needed.

Qualifications:

• Must have previous Airport/Airline supervisory experience
• Must be able to obtain Airport Identification Credentials
• Minimum of 3 years of Operations Experience.
• High school diploma or GED equivalent (minimum).
• Ability to work a flexible schedule as needed by the operation.
• Strong understanding of NetSuite, MS Office, Teams, and Excel.
• Bi-lingual (English/ Spanish) communication ability is preferred.

Salary Range $50-54K based on experience and qualifications

Thursday - Sunday 1500-2300

Monday 2300-0730
