We’re hiring immediately for non-CDL delivery drivers to join our team to deliver Amazon packages. Earn $21.25 - $22.75/hour on your first day as a full-time courier delivering parcels to neighborhoods around Broomfield. Speedbox is an Amazon Delivery Service Partner (DSP) that delivers packages for Amazon.com in Broomfield. • Starting Pay of $21.25 / hour, plus opportunities to earn up to $60 per week in safe driving bonuses. We provide pay increases after 6 months of employment, with your base pay increasing to $21.75/hour after 6 months and $22.25/hour after 1 year of employment.

Our Location
Speedbox operates at Amazon’s DDV3 delivery station, located at 400 W 160th Ave, Broomfield, CO 80023. Our facility is adjacent to I-25, north of the 144th Ave exit and south of Baseline Road / Highway 7.

Work Schedule
Delivery Associates start at 11 AM daily. Each delivery route typically takes 8 – 10 hours to complete, with our team generally finishing between 8 – 9 PM. We provide consistent schedules from week-to-week, with full-time employees typically working 4 days a week. We have immediate openings for employees with weekend schedule availability.

What Does This Job Entail?

• Lifting, pushing, pulling, and sorting 300 to 350 boxes and packages each day weighing up to 50 lbs each.
• Reaching above head, kneeling, crouching, and/or stretching during shifts up to 10 hours long while retrieving packages or placing them at customer doorways.
• Staying active, including walking 5 - 10 miles each day while climbing 20 – 40 flights of stairs when delivering packages to homes, apartment complexes, and commercial buildings.
• Walking outdoors and driving in all-weather conditions and various temperature extremes, including heat, cold, moisture, and wind.
• Safely operating a high-roof cargo delivery van, driving 25 - 75 miles per day with no speeding instances, stop sign/stop signal violations, tailgating or distracted driving occurrences, or other unsafe driving events. All delivery vehicles are equipped with dash cameras and onboard vehicle telematic systems that monitor safe driving behaviors both outside & inside the vehicle.
• Using a handheld smartphone device for GPS route navigation, to view customer delivery information, to communicate with dispatchers, and to accurately manage the delivery process.
