Located in Barrington, Angel Water has been installing and servicing state-of-the-art water purification systems for homes and businesses in the Chicagoland area for over 40 years. The company is licensed with the Illinois Department of Health, employs water technicians certified by the Water Quality Association, provides the industry’s best warranty, and has held an A+ Better Business Bureau rating for over ten years.

We have both Full Time and Part Time positions available. The ability to work Saturdays and Sundays is required. This is an ongoing assignment and not just a seasonal position.

Responsibilities

• Setting appointments with customers to conduct store-sponsored home education and replacements on water treatment systems
• Holding a product knowledge sessions in the store
• Working closely with sales and marketing staff
• Educating customers, retailers, and distributors about our products.
• Building rapport with customers
• Monitoring customer feedback and escalating complaints to the sales and marketing department
• Representing the company at product launches, events, and trade shows
• Maintaining a positive image of the brand at all times

Job requirements

• Prior sales, marketing, retail, or related work experience is a plus but not required
• Excellent communication and people skills
• Enthusiasm and high level of comfort approaching customers
• Comfort holding "Product Knowledge" sessions in the stores
• A High School diploma, or GED equivalent, and prior work experience is desired
• 1+ years of sales, marketing, retail, and/or customer service experience preferred
• Must be a people person with an outgoing personality
• Strong interpersonal, organizational, communication, and selling skills are required
• The ability to work weekends with minimal supervision is also required
• Reliable transportation
• Ability to pass a drug screen and background check
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S
