Position Description:

This role will work on Government site as an operations analyst at Integrated Fires Mission Command (IFMC) supporting the Program Operations Directorate. The chosen candidate will serve as a strategic planner, operations analyst, and senior advisor to management on critical program management issues. This position will be responsible for coordinating and delivering acquisition documents to OSD and Congress as well as briefing senior leadership. The position will also be responsible for the development and maintenance of a PM IFMC Manpower Database and the PM IFMC Table of Distribution and Allowances. This will require extensive experience in analyzing and assessing financial, earned value, and contract data, including documentation and reporting requirements for Army acquisition reporting. The role will require a self-starter who is capable of multi-tasking in a fast-paced program office environment.

Basic Qualifications:

• 8-10 years of applicable experience as addressed above.
• Proficient in MS office product-line as well as knowledge of DoD Army Budget execution, management policies, and processes as well as reporting and documenting requirements for Army Acquisition Reports.
• US citizenship is required for this position.
• Be a resident of the Huntsville/Tennessee Valley area.

Other Qualifications:

• Experience in the Army's PMRT system and 8-10 years of financial management experience is preferred.
• Excellent analytical, written, and verbal communication skills, interpersonal relations skills, and enthusiasm.
• Highly organized, flexible, and demonstrated attention to detail and the ability to meet time-sensitive tasks.
• Ability to work with minimum guidance in addressing actions, and utilize knowledge, ingenuity, innovation, and experience to complete the product.
• Ability to handle a variety of tasks in a team environment.
