LMR Technical Group (LMR) is seeking an Analyst Manager II.

Location: Looking to hire talent to work in Newport, Rhode Island

Purpose of the Role: The Analyst, Management II is responsible for analyzing data and providing insights and recommendations to support decision-making within the organization. The Analyst, Management II will work closely with business leaders to identify areas for improvement and develop solutions to address those issues.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create and maintain Project Structures, associated elements, and data attributes within NUWCDIVNPT Financial Information Systems and provide Financial Reports for Government review.
• Analyze data from various sources to identify trends, patterns, and insights
• Develop reports and presentations to communicate findings to business leaders
• Collaborate with business leaders to identify areas for improvement and develop solutions to address those issues
• Develop and maintain dashboards and other data visualization tools to track key performance indicators
• Stay up to date with industry best practices and emerging technologies related to data analysis and business intelligence
• Participate in the design and implementation of data collection and analysis processes

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as business, economics, or computer science
• 3+ years of experience in a data analysis or business intelligence role
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency with data analysis software and tools, such as Excel, SQL, and Tableau
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Current, active Secret Security Clearance
