Analyst/Sr. Analyst - Lending Analytics

The Analytics team will lead the initiatives while owning some of the most critical functions including product strategy and first-line credit policy.

We are seeking various levels of talent, skills and capabilities across that data science and analytics area. If you have the education, the industry experience, the innovative nature to generate ideas and design new products, plus an enormous ability to problem-solve, then we want to talk to you.

Overview of the Essential Functions:

• Oversee significant areas of product, credit, and marketing analytics across credit card, personal loans, and recreational lending businesses
• Drive innovation in product structure and terms, decision frameworks, and analytical approaches that contribute meaningfully to the performance of the business
• Support the development of a strategic roadmap for analytics and execute it at to high degree of fidelity
• See recommended strategy changes through to execution, and then monitor results to ensure that significant value for the business is created
• Be an internal champion of change through effective communication and influencing where appropriate
• Display a “lead from the front” mentality in a fast-paced and evolving business environment dealing with competing priorities

Education and Experience:

• Undergraduate degree in a quantitative discipline such as math, finance, statistics, computer science, economics, engineering, or a hard science
• Graduate degree a plus (MBA, MS)
• 1-3 years of experience

Summary of Qualifications:

• Recognized problem-solving and cross-functional organizing skills
• A track record of delivering exceptional results, particularly in challenging circumstances
• Expert-level proficiency with a broad array of analytical methods and tools (predictive modeling, statistical inference, Excel, SQL, etc.)
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• High level of comfort presenting to senior audiences, including C-level executives
• Demonstrated ability to build and develop top tier analytical teams
