Job Title: Bilingual Spanish Speaking Leasing Consultant

Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled and motivated bilingual leasing consultant to join our team for temp or temp to hire opportunities! The ideal candidate will be fluent in both English and Spanish and have previous experience in the apartment industry.

As a leasing consultant, you will be responsible for leasing and marketing efforts, managing resident relations, and providing excellent customer service to both prospective and current residents.

Responsibilities:

• Greet prospective residents and provide them with a professional tour of the community
• Answer phone and email inquiries promptly and professionally
• Explain lease terms and application procedures to prospective residents
• Prepare lease agreements and move-in paperwork using property management software such as Yardi or Bluemoon
• Follow up with prospective residents and maintain a database of leads in property management software
• Assist with resident retention efforts using property management software
• Coordinate resident events and promotions using property management software
• Conduct market surveys and analysis using property management software to stay up-to-date on industry trends
• Maintain a professional and positive image of the community at all times
• Provide excellent customer service to both prospective and current residents
• Communicate effectively with team members and other departments
• Assist with other duties as assigned by the Community Manager

Requirements:

• Fluent in both English and Spanish
• High school diploma or equivalent required; some college coursework preferred
• At least one year of previous experience in the apartment industry
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and property management software such as Yardi, CRM, Onsite, Entrada, Knock, or Bluemoon
• Must be organized and detail-oriented
• Must be able to work well in a team environment
