Eagle Management is a growing Property Management company looking to add new talent to our expanding portfolio.

We are actively hiring a full time Property Maintenance Technician at our Abbey at Four Lakes property in Lisle

Compensation:

Base pay will range between $22 - $28 per hour dependent on experience and certifications.

The ideal candidate will possess an HVAC certification, have experience with moderately complex plumbing repairs, and a working knowledge of appliance maintenance in order to earn the top end of the pay scale.

This role will also be eligible for monthly and yearly bonuses in addition to the base pay.

Experience and Skills Desired:

· Appliance repair - troubleshoot and repair washer/dryers, stoves, refrigerators, hot water heaters, etc.

· Light Electrical - Appliances, light fixtures, switches, and outlets.

· Light Plumbing - clearing drain blockages, replace fittings, assessing and repairing water leaks, replacing water heaters.

· Some carpentry - drywall repair, trim repair/replace, doors, window repair.

· Flooring - carpet removal, installing vinyl plank and tile.

· Occasional painting

· The ability to work both in a team setting as well as independently when the task dictates.

General overview of job functions:

· Preparing apartments for make-ready. Doing trash outs, check all fixtures, appliances, blinds, ceiling fans, flooring and safety equipment then repair/replace any items not in good working condition.

· Maintain the physical integrity of the community by Inspecting the grounds and common areas to ensure a safe, secure, and clean environment for our residents and guests.

· Prioritize work orders and complete repairs in an appropriate time frame while interacting with tenants in a professional and courteous manner.

· On-call rotation for after-hour emergencies.

· Some sidewalk snow removal in winter months.

Pay: $22.00 - $28.00 per hour
