- Work with the Instruction and Professional Learning (IPL) team to ensure that all staff and students have properly functioning resources available.
- Partner with IPL and other IT functions on the rollout of custom solutions that integrate Google Workspace (formerly G Suite) functionality and work productivity.
- Partner with other IPL and other IT functions to evaluate, prioritize and resolve new issues & problem scenarios.
- Ensure that the learning management system integrations are functioning properly and research and resolve issues as they occur.
- Provide application support for the learning management system and other applications used by campus and central administrative personnel.
- Manage/coordinate system updates for the learning management system.
- Process utilization, performance, and various other reports.
- Perform account management by developing, applying, and maintaining roles and security settings.
- Assist in the maintenance of data in various student system applications.
- Develop training material as needed for application support.
- Document processes and standard procedures as needed for application support.
- Document all learning management system configurations, procedures, and workflow diagrams.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts and cross-functional teams to generate best practices for the learning management system.
- Works closely with appropriate external vendors to ensure efficient functionality of resources.
- Participate in professional development that increases effectiveness and improves personal and application performance.
- Demonstrates regular and prompt attendance. ? Perform other duties as assigned.

- Certifications in Google Workspace (formerly G Suite) preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field (relevant experience may substitute for degree).
- Graduation from an accredited high school or GED.
- Experience in application/database support.
- Skill in customer service, communication and problem solving.
- Proficiency in MS Office Tools (Excel, Word, Access) and Google Suite applications.
- Ability to multitask; respond to questions from staff; understand and explain statistical data reports and speak clearly and concisely.
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Excellent organizational skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills and commitment to customer service ? Ability to manage and meet deadlines ? High level of problem-solving skills.
- Proven ability to continually adapt and learn new procedures and software programs
- Knowledge of learning management system and student data systems administration

- Needs to occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, etc.
- Ability to understand, remember, and communicate routine, factual information.
- Ability to organize and prioritize own work schedule on short-term basis.
- Ability to make decisions which have moderate impact on immediate work unit.
- Ability to complete routine forms, use existing form letters and/or conduct routine oral communication.
