Responsibilities
- Ensure timely response to maintenance requests for services by guests, employees and management with the goal of keeping maximum number of games operational.
- Point out an assist in eliminating safety concerns.
- Understand and complete required paperwork.
- Communicate both verbally and in writing, with employees, guests and management in an attentive, friendly, courteous and service oriented manner.
- Perform preventative maintenance and special projects which include, but not limited to:
- Equipment maintenance: clean, lubricate, change filters, bets, pulleys, cleaning coils, lubricating, basic troubleshooting, etc.
- Light electrical: replace bulbs, ballasts, outlets and switches
Day Shift and Night shift positions available
Requirements:
- Preferred experience with arcade maintenance
- experience with low voltage
- experience with electronics maintenance and repair
- experience with computer maintenance and repair
- knowledge of using a multimeter
- strong diagnostic skills
- ability to read schematics
- ability to lift 50lbs
