The Sales Development Representative role is a Work from Home (Remote United States based only) position, with occasional travel requirements to Overland Park, Kansas (Headquarters) for quarterly team meetings in person in the future.
What you’ll achieve:
The Archer Sales Development Representative (SDR) is an extension of RSA's sales team and is a resource which helps drive revenue through demand generation, opportunity progression, and account fulfilment assistance. The SDR participates in a sales training program or sales training activities that develop skill sets surrounding technology foundations, Archer solutions knowledge, sales and soft skills. The SDR will develop the skill set required to be promoted to an Account Manager position.
You will:
- Articulate Archer's value to potential prospects via various outlets, including phone and online.
- Leverage internal and external resources to generate new leads and revenue opportunities while tracking all outreach in Salesforce, SalesLoft, ZoomInfo, 6sense and other platforms.
- Develop and implement new and creative outreach strategies to help penetrate market.
- Generates qualified customer leads that the inside and outside sales teams can develop into sales opportunities within assigned territory/region (employees schedule may change to match the business hours of aligned territory).
- Maintains daily, weekly, and monthly meeting and opportunity generation quota through high volume dial + email activity.
- Prospects and profiles potential accounts via the telephone, email and social media.
- Leverages multiple lead-generation tools to meet Meeting and Revenue quota goals.
- Participates in ongoing sales, business, and technical training courses to increase overall awareness of Archer solutions and go-to-market strategies. This includes written tests and oral presentations that measure sales competencies and messaging ability.
- Drives attendance to sales and marketing customer events via in person and webinars.
- Utilizes Salesforce, SalesLoft and other tools to track Meetings and Opportunities and other sales activities.
- Managing inbound and outbound demand generation activities

Desirable Requirements:
- College degree preferred
- Sales Experience preferred
- Prospecting Skills
- Familiarity with Salesloft, Zoom Info, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, 6sense, and Salesforce highly preferred.
- Cold calling experience is a plus.
