MSC Design is seeking a full time Architect or Designer with 3+ years of experience to join our team. This is a full time, permanent position. Our creative team takes great pride in our work and our company. We are an architecture and interiors firm located in Dallas, TX. This role requires a highly organized and adaptable professional who learns quickly and is available 9 a.m.- 5 p.m., M-F. Responsibilities include a variety of tasks as outlined below. Project Management experience is desired. Must be proficient in Revit, AutoCAD, and Microsoft Office 365 suite. Adobe Photoshop proficiency a plus. Compensation based on experience. • Collaborate with leadership and other team members to produce and develop schematic designs
• Space planning
• Project Management
• Survey project sites and document as-builts
• Product research and specifications
• Produce and revise construction drawings using Revit and/or AutoCAD
• Create graphic presentations to clients, Planning & Zoning approvals, and/or marketing purposes
• Coordinate with our consultants including MEP, Structural, and Civil Engineers, as well as client’s vendors such as A/V and Food Service Equipment suppliers
• Code research, and correspondence with governing authorities for permitting and P&Z approvals.
• Manage project bids for construction
• Construction Observation – responding to RFIs, submittal reviews, and periodic site visits.
• Assist in developing, refining, and documenting company standards and procedures

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $45,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
