About Zubi: Zubi is a WPP agency, specializing in growth marketing and multicultural advertising, with specific expertise in the US Hispanic market. Headquartered in Miami, Zubi was founded by the late Tere Zubizarreta, an AAF Hall-of-Famer. For more than forty years, Zubi has been providing multicultural advertising solutions for blue chip clients, the list of which currently includes the Ford and Lincoln divisions of the Ford Motor Company and Chase Bank.

The role: If you are an Art Director who loves to see, think and execute BIG ideas, we are interested in you! We’ll be honest, not all projects that come in are BIG. But if you get excited about creating something for small and big ideas alike, you’re gold.

Most of our work is for the Hispanic Market, but we do Total Market work too. You don’t need to speak Spanish, but you need to feel comfortable with the group throwing words in Spanish during our meetings. And proficiency in English is a must. Is that cool with you?

Candidate Checklist:

• Can think ideas before executions.
• Has an eye for design and is passionate about it.
• Likes people. We don’t work with robots yet.
• Someone who treats others with respect.
• Doesn’t get annoyed when someone says, “let’s keep thinking.”
• Has experience with a good range of brands, ideally automotive, financial, and consumer goods. But show us your work, that’s more important.
• Has 2-5 years of experience. Again, show us the work, that’s more important.
• Has a degree or any type of education in advertising, marketing, communications, or graphic design.
• Can present with confidence. Or just “can present”. We can help you with the “confidence” part.
• Can come up with ideas and executions based on strategy.
• We’re looking for someone who thinks digital first, but experiential and other media forms are welcome.
• Is able to travel for presentations and productions.
• HAS CREATED AMAZING WORK AND WANTS TO KEEP DOING IT!
