This position is located in Williston, North Dakota

Lots of overtime if wanted! Time and a half after 40 hours.

Wage Range is $22-$32 per hour depending on experience and location.

We are looking for an Asphalt Plant Operator to join our team. This is a seasonal position, you can use your winters off to travel, hunt, fish or for other activities you enjoy while your benefits continue year round.

Minimum Qualifications

As a successful Asphalt Plant Operator you will have:

• Ability to hold and maintain a driver’s license in accordance with all state regulations

• Electrical, Plant maintenance, and operation experience.

• Ability to work flexible shifts, including overtime and some Saturdays.

Role Overview:

This position is responsible to safely operate asphalt plant to batch materials used in construction. Moves controls on panel board or control board to heat, dry and mix ingredients such as asphalt, sand, stone and oil to produce asphalt paving materials. Ensure conformance to quality specifications. Will need to display a professional and courteous attitude with customers and team members. May also operate additional company vehicles as needed. May perform other duties as assigned.
