Koti Early Learning Academy provides exceptional quality care and early childhood education for children ages 6 weeks through 12 years. With locations across Texas including in Grand Prairie, Frisco, Howe, New Boston, Gilmer and Spring-Klein, we are driven to provide the best hands-on learning environment possible for children to play and thrive.
Seeking ASSISTANT DIRECTOR for our Grand Prairie location. This is a full-time leadership position with full health benefits and paid holidays. Professional growth opportunities are available including support in attaining your director's credential and future job opportunities as director of a Koti Center.
- Assist the Center Director with day to day operations and overall center management
- Support and coach all teachers to grow professionally and implement our comprehensive curriculum.
- Assure the academy complies with all licensing minimum standards and upholds the highest, 4 star rating in TRS.
- Prefer a minimum of 3 years+ experience in a licensed center, bachelors degree, and big heart for young children and their families
