As Assistant General Manager, you will lead our ambitious TEAM ensuring outstanding guest service and delivering positive guest experiences. In this role you will collaborate with our General Manager to plan and oversee the hotel’s daily operations, and assume responsibilities in their absence.
Our ideal candidate possess solid leadership skills, is passionate about guest service and will maximize the hotel to its full potential.

Requirements:
- 2+ years Assistant General Manager experience in a branded hotel, preferably in D.C.
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management is strongly preferred
- Schedule flexibility
- Have excellent English communication skills and able to read, write and speak fluently
- Marriott brand experience is ideal
