The Assistant Manager is responsible for maintaining a thriving environment, a vibrant customer culture and a team-oriented staff. Execute high standards and hold the team accountable to these standards. The ideal Assistant Manager is people & detail oriented and they possess leadership, organizational, and customer service skills.
The Assistant Manager responsibilities include assessing what needs accomplished in your shift, prioritizing and delegating tasks, managing barista and kitchen staff, educating customers on our menu, making recommendations based on customer preferences, up-selling special items and taking orders. The Assistant Manager must be flexible to work various shifts throughout the weekly schedule to reduce hourly labor costs, cover needed shifts, and oversee training, ordering, and other daily responsibilities.

Some travel may be required for training purposes.

The ideal candidate will have previous management experience.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $20.00 per hour
