ARS/Rescue Rooter has been providing HVAC Construction services to South Florida since 1983. As an Assistant HVAC Project Manager, you will work under a Seasoned Project Manager to provide on-site coordination for all aspects of a ground up or tenant improvement projects.
This position is based out of our Boca Raton Branch at 3999 North Dixie Highway, Boca Raton, FL 33431.

Responsibilities:
Job Duties/Responsibilities
- Reviews and interprets HVAC construction drawings, bid documents, submittals, specifications, RFI's, etc. to fully understand and execute a project's scope of work
- Prioritizes and plans work activities based on the needs of the job to meet production deadlines
- Coordinates the work of the field personnel in a manner that maintains job site Safety Standards and cleanliness
- Determines material and manpower needs and accurately prepares for future requirements as it pertains to the scope of the project
- Reviews, identifies and provides resolution to deficient work as required
- Attends all construction meetings
- Other job duties as assigned

Required Skills/Abilities
- A High School diploma and 2-4 years’ experience as an Assistant HVAC Construction Project Manager or equivalent
- Working knowledge of HVAC Construction
- Knowledge of local construction codes
- Physical Demands: Endurance and ability to work on large job sites, including stairs and other elevated structures; must be able to effectively climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crawl, crouch, stand and sit. While performing job duties, the Assistant PM is exposed to harsh weather, including, but not limited to heat, rain, wind and sun, loud noises, mechanical noise, airborne particles and construction materials, indoor and outdoor work in all climates
- Procore eperience preferred, but not required
