Excelsior Communities is a Fast-growing Property Management Company with a great work environment. We currently have an Assistant Property Manager position available, and are looking for a Professional, highly motivated candidate to join our team!
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include:
- Ensure resident concerns are addressed
- Ensuring that current and prospective residents have an exceptional experience.
- Assist with leasing
- Follow up with Leads
- Schedule and conduct showings
- Send, accept, and process applications
- Assist with moving in residents
- Assist Property Manager in daily duties.
- Assist with collections
- Maintain resident files
- Lease renewals
- Coordinating with the maintenance supervisor to ensure service requests are completed and all turnovers are completed in an efficient manner.
- Providing leadership and guidance to your team.
Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
- Demonstrates strong organizational skills.
- Possesses knowledge of state and federal housing regulations.
- Proficient in basic computer programs including Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Must be detail oriented with ability to manage time efficiently.
- Works well with a team.
- Marketing Experience
- Strong Leasing Background
- Interacts and engages in a friendly manner with potential and current tenants.
- Demonstrates ability to think creatively to develop new marketing and recruiting techniques.
