Gilman & Bedigian, LLC is looking for an associate attorney to join our personal injury law firm.

Our team is seeking an energetic, dynamic, out-of-the box, hard-working associate who is willing to go to court for personal injury victims against insurance companies, receive feedback to grow, and work in a team-oriented environment while having autonomy over his or her own case load to join our practice. A Trial Attorney at Gilman & Bedigian gets to work on all aspects of the clients’ cases, including getting the credit for the wins. The ideal candidate will be a motivated attorney with 2-5 years of personal injury trial litigation experience looking to hit the ground running with their own case load and gain invaluable trial experience, while having unparalleled mentorship and comradery.

The day-to-day tasks include, but are not limited to:

· Reviewing files at the beginning stage

· Communicating frequently with clients, managing their requests and questions

· Reviewing demand packages

· Negotiating settlement demands

· Conducting depositions

· Attending trial

Candidates must be able to multi-task, have basic computer skills, and must be able to develop a great rapport with our clients. Candidates must be responsible, organized, highly motivated, and have superb communication skills.

Experience working in a Personal Injury and/or Medical Malpractice law firm is required. Knowledge of Needles is preferred.

Salary commensurate with experience.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $75,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
