Growing law firm focusing on estate planning, estate administration, Medicaid, corporate and elder law. We are seeking a full-time, highly motivated, associate attorney keenly interested in this area of the law with strong analytical skills, detailed, and a passion for client service. We are seeking someone personable and hard-working who is team oriented.

Qualifications and Duties include :

• Drafting plans, EP documents
• Manage all phases of Estate administration
• Supervise Medicaid Applications, Guardianship Matters
• Possible Orphan’s Court Litigation (focused on Trusts and Estates)
• Excellent interpersonal communication skills
• Client contact
• Client communication
• Possible speaking opportunities for seminars and webinars

Required Experience:

• Salary commensurate with experience
• 0-5 years Estates and Elder law experience
• PA Bar required, NJ a Plus; LLM a Plus; Book of business a plus

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $80,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year

• Estate Planning or related: 1 year (Preferred)
