We are seeking a highly motivated Workers' Compensation Attorney to join our team in Woodland Hills, California. The ideal candidate will be a strong self-starter with the ability to manage a team and caseload. Experience is not required, but 1-3 years experience in Workers’ Compensation is preferred.

Responsibilities:

• Represent clients in hearings, depositions, and trials related to workers' compensation claims
• Conduct legal research and provide sound legal advice to clients
• Draft legal documents, pleadings, and correspondence
• Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and insurance adjusters
• Manage and prioritize a large caseload

Requirements:

• Active license to practice law in the State of California
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and manage a large caseload

Pay: $80,000.00 - $105,000.00 per year
