Our goal is to hire an individual who is seeking leadership growth in the nonprofit sector. We are looking for an Associate Director to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting with administration and management, including service programs, fundraising, community outreach, and business operations. A successful candidate is articulate and has the ability to interact with our team, partners, and community in a positive, professional manner. This position is a full-time position, hired by and directly accountable to the Executive Director.
Responsibilities include:
- Lead fundraising strategy development and execution.
- Oversee marketing and other communications efforts.
- Increase the overall visibility of the organization in the community.
- Strategic planning and implementation.
- Planning and operation of the annual budget.
- Serve as a UFRC spokesperson.
- Establish and maintain relationships with partner organizations and utilize those relationships to strategically enhance UFRC’s Mission.
- Establish policies and procedures for day-to-day operations.
- Assist with the organization of Board and committee meetings.
- Other duties as assigned by the Executive Director.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $44,651.00 - $50,463.00 per year
