CARSTAR of Cornerstone Park is looking for an experienced Automotive Collision Center Manager to join our team. We're looking for someone to manage the shop and staff performance, focusing on estimating, sales, profitability, customer service, production, employee relations, insurance relations, and more.

Responsibilities:
- Lead the team in production goals by setting team direction to maximize sales and profitability targets
- Educates and trains team members and customers about the collision repair process according to established standards by I-CAR and vehicle manufacturers. This includes insurance repair processing, payment procedures, repair and refinish techniques, parts options and approximate repair time.
- Solid understanding of estimating process and system.
- Communicates with insurance appraisers for the repair process, updates customers on repairs.
- Oversees the daily process associated with shop management based on company policies, holding themselves and shop teammates accountable to complete tasks.
- Measures quality standards by inspecting both in-process repairs and pre-delivered repairs. perform quality control checks before and after the vehicle is painted and conducts quality control checks before delivery of the vehicle owner.
- Ensures safety and compliance regulations are adhered to according to company standards
- Coach and develop teammates for future growth in the company
- Makes hiring decisions based on the ability to recognize performance gaps due to staffing needs and a thorough interview process of prospective employees to determine the best applicant for position based on skills, knowledge, and abilities required to perform the job.
General Qualifications:
- Knowledge of Collision Industry including high-level knowledge of insurance procedures and requirements
- Excellent customer service skills
- Exceptional problem solving skills
- Valid Driver’s License
- Proficiency with estimating systems and insurance direct repair guidelines
- Ability to lead and motivate staff to reach common goals
- Proficient in Microsoft Word /Excel
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working with CCC ONE Total Repair
- I-Car Certifications
- Bilingual (Spanish)
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
Essential physical requirements include:
- Ability to stoop, bend and kneel, squat, kneel and pulling
- Extended periods of kneeling, bending, squatting and stooping
- Carry and lift heavy objects (up to 50lbs)
- Standing, sitting and walking
- Performing repetitive motions

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $65,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
