Dancor Cabinets is looking for an ambitious Assistant Manager who thrives in a fast-paced environment. This position will be responsible for purchasing, maintaining/tracking/ordering inventory, and assisting the Warehouse Manager as needed.

Job Duties Include:

- Performing all duties in a safe manner

- Assisting in monitoring security systems at Warehouse

- Ordering/Purchasing/Delivery/Storing: shop supplies, cabinets, mirrors, hardware, fasteners, lumber, countertops, and sinks

- Assisting in maintaining inventory and incoming supplies including reporting discrepancies

- Assisting in preparing for Monday Safety Meetings

- Managing Shop cleanliness

- Reviewing and Requesting POs as needed

- Reviewing scheduling and assigning jobs as needed

- Communicating with Project Leaders and customers on future jobs

- Assisting in loading and delivery of supplies

- Assigning jobs to Assembler as needed

- Assisting Assembler as needed

- Monitoring email/phone/text request, notifications, and changes

- Monitor hours worked and make corrections as needed

- Willing to learn 20/20 Cabinet Design

- Ability to lift 50 pounds unassisted

Preferred Skills:

- Previous Assistant Management Experience

- General knowledge of cabinetry, purchasing, scheduling, and taking inventory

- Ability to multi-task effectively in a fast-paced environment

- Excellent problem-solving skills

-Strong communication and organizational skills

This is a full-time, Monday-Friday position.
