CARSTAR of Cornerstone Park is hiring a Production Manager to join our team! The Production Manager is responsible for ensuring all shop processes run reliably and efficiently. This position requires technical expertise in collision repair, ability to manage repair processes with Body Technicians in a timely manner and be a strong communicator and team player.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Assign jobs to Body Technicians and maintain load leveling to ensure smooth production flow through all departments.
- Review work with Technicians and support with issues/questions about repairs when needed.
- Ensure production is moving as needed to meet timely delivery requirements
- Maintain a safe production environment.
- Perform in person quality checks of work.
- Ability to lead a team of Body Technicians toward unified goals.

Qualifications:
- Preferred 3 + years of body shop experience in Management
- Thorough knowledge of the collision repair process including quality standards
- Solid problem-solving abilities
- Ability to supervise and motivate production personnel
- Proficient with Computers and other technology
- Must possess excellent organizational skills
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
Essential physical requirements include:
- Ability to stoop, bend and kneel, squat, kneel and pulling
- Extended periods of kneeling, bending, squatting and stooping
- Carry and lift heavy objects (up to 50lbs)
- Standing, sitting and walking
- Performing repetitive motions
WORK ENVIRONMENT
Exposure to:
- Paint, fumes and particles
- Dirt / Dust
- Chemicals / Toxins
- Varying heat / cold
- Intermittent noise

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $65,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
