We are looking for motivated individuals to join our dealership as Detailers. This role is crucial in ensuring our clients' satisfaction and offers significant potential for advancement. Many of our Detailers have gone on to become technicians, service advisors, and more. As a Detailer, your responsibilities would include cleaning both the interior and exterior of our clients' vehicles. The ideal candidate would have previous experience in detailing and possess a positive attitude.
Job Responsibilities:
- Cleaning and washing the exterior of vehicles, including windows and door jambs.
- Applying wax and buffing the auto body surface.
- Vacuuming the interior of vehicles to remove dirt and debris.
- Cleaning upholstery, rugs, and other surfaces using appropriate cleaning agents.
- Applying revitalizers and stain-resistant chemicals to interior surfaces.
- Steam-cleaning the engine and engine compartment.
- Using special-purpose cleaners for stubborn stains and foreign materials.
- Inspecting vehicles for defects and addressing them appropriately.
- Restoring the appearance of engine areas, upholstery, and painted surfaces.
- Applying touch-up paint, dyes, and other materials as needed.
- Using proper protection when handling certain products.
- Applying dressing to tires and tire wells.
- Replacing missing or defective small parts.
- Maintaining the showroom and stock vehicles.
- Ensuring proper stickers are displayed on vehicles.
- Removing window stickers from sold vehicles.
- Keeping the work area clean and organized.
- Safely operating tools and equipment.
