Pay:
- Weekly salary.
- Monthly commissions and bonuses.
- Income potential up to $250,000 per year.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience as an automotive General Manager or General Sales Manager required.
- Superior leadership skills-this is a hands on lead from the front position.
- Documented success in growing market share and maintaining great CSI scores.
- Comprehensive knowledge of all departments.
- Strong used car and finance experience.
- Relocation may be required.
- Must be able to pass pre-employment screening (MVR, background, and drug test).

WHAT WE EXPECT
- Assumes responsibility and is accountable for customer and employee retention and the profitability of each department in the dealership.
- Fulfills responsibility using sound business management practices.
- Hires, motivates, and coordinates the activities of the management team.
- Complete performance evaluations of all department managers at regularly scheduled intervals.
- Meets with the controller regularly to review monthly financial statements.
- Meets with managers to develop monthly and annual goals and objectives, and to review performance.
- Communicates management policies and procedures to all employees and ensures that they are understood and followed.
- Provides enthusiastic leadership to help shape employees' attitudes and build morale.
- Holds regularly scheduled managers meetings to ensure that every department is operating efficiently and profitably.
- Resolves any customer complaints that department managers are unable to rectify.
- Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws.
- Maintains Compliance with all local, state, and federal rules and regulations.
