Pay:

• Weekly salary.
• Monthly commissions and bonuses.
• Income potential up to $250,000 per year.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Experience as an automotive General Manager or General Sales Manager required.
• Superior leadership skills-this is a hands on lead from the front position.
• Documented success in growing market share and maintaining great CSI scores.
• Comprehensive knowledge of all departments.
• Strong used car and finance experience.
• Relocation may be required.
• Must be able to pass pre-employment screening (MVR, background, and drug test).

WHAT WE EXPECT

• Assumes responsibility and is accountable for customer and employee retention and the profitability of each department in the dealership.
• Fulfills responsibility using sound business management practices.
• Hires, motivates, and coordinates the activities of the management team.
• Complete performance evaluations of all department managers at regularly scheduled intervals.
• Meets with the controller regularly to review monthly financial statements.
• Meets with managers to develop monthly and annual goals and objectives, and to review performance.
• Communicates management policies and procedures to all employees and ensures that they are understood and followed.
• Provides enthusiastic leadership to help shape employees' attitudes and build morale.
• Holds regularly scheduled managers meetings to ensure that every department is operating efficiently and profitably.
• Resolves any customer complaints that department managers are unable to rectify.
• Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws.
• Maintains Compliance with all local, state, and federal rules and regulations.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to $250,000.00 per year
