Ryan Chevrolet is looking for a Full Time Parts Advisor to join our team! Our parts advisor is responsible for assisting all customers and technicians with their parts and accessory needs.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

Knowledge of automotive mechanics, automotive systems, or automotive parts

Problem solving is a must

Excellent communication skills

Team oriented, flexible, and focused on maintaining a high level of customer service

Must have computer proficiency

Valid Driver’s License

At least 18 years of age
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Assist all technicians and customers in purchasing needed parts and accessories
- Assist in tracking all incoming and outgoing parts for the dealership
- Ability to locate available parts when the dealership is out of stock
- Facilitate payment collection, ensuring parts are billed correctly through the service department
- Utilizing parts manuals (both hard copy and electronic format), determining the right part(s) for the make, model and year of vehicles being serviced
