Join Everybody's Auto Sales as an Automotive Technician! This position requires the level of knowledge and skills necessary to diagnose and repair a wide variety of vehicles. This individual must have the ability to effectively work and communicate with employees and customers. Requirements include daily safety inspections, minimal reworks, and maintaining steady production standards.

Must be available to work Saturdays.

Automotive Technician major responsibilities:

• Performing vehicle maintenance to the Everybody's Auto Sales standards.
• Diagnosing all phases of vehicle repair.
• Removing, cleaning, repairing, reinstalling, and adjusting vehicle components (Engine Emission Components, Drive-line Components, Electrical/Electronic Components, Brakes/Suspension/Steering/Exhaust, Cab/Chassis, and Hydraulics).
• Ensuring work orders are completed accurately.
• Selecting appropriate course of action for repairs.
• Evaluating completed work prior to release, seeking supervisor approval where required.
• Ensuring safe use of air, power and hand-held tools.
• Performing road calls and emergency services as necessary.
• Moving vehicles safely between job and work area.
• Communicating professionally with customers, team members, and supervisors.
• Actively participating in safety or educational training as required.

Automotive Technician requirements:

• Minimum 2 years recent verifiable experience as an Automotive technician
• Must have an appropriate mechanic's tool set
• Excellent communication skills

Expected work schedule:

MONDAY: 9:00am to 6:30pm

TUESDAY: 9:00am to 6:30pm

WEDNESDAY: OFF

THURSDAY: 9:00am to 6:30pm

FRIDAY: 9:00am to 6:30pm

SATURDAY: 9:00am to 6:30pm

SUNDAY: OFF

Job requirements

* Applicants are preferred to have had at least 2 years experience
* Applicants must hold a Valid Driver's license

* Working days vary between Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday
* 40 hours per week
* Normal work shifts: First (day)
* The hours for this role are Full-time, Permanent
