Job Title: Detail Technician

Compensation: $16-18/hour based on technician efficiency and skill set

Schedule: Monday-Friday 8:00am - 5:00pm

Employment Classification: Full-time position - Guaranteed 40-hours/week (OT available upon manager approval)

Job Description: Detail technician's role is to independently clean vehicles to prepare them for sale. This includes extensive cleaning, waxing, polishing, etc. of vehicles to the highest of quality of standards following company’s protocol, policies, and practices. This may include the removal of trim, seating, etc. and requires an extreme attention to detail.

Skills and Requirements

• Prior detail experience preferred
• Ability to lift, remove, and install car interior pieces
• Ability to use basic cleaning supplies, extractor machine, and power washer
• Independently follow company reconditioning process
• Attention to detail

Tasks and Responsibilities

Recondition Sales Vehicles

• Prepare vehicles for sale
• Follow company reconditioning process

Professional Responsibilities:

• Maintain appearance and functionality of workstation
• Assist with cleaning and maintenance of shop supplies
• Contribute to a positive team atmosphere with all staff
• Professionally greet customers and shop guests
• Ensure professional knowledge of basic shop safety practices

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
