Your job:

• 1099 position ( Hourly and Commission Bonuses )
• In person sales
• Sell private label and wholesale personal care to businesses in our area
• Be able to conquer objections and close deals in one sit
• Manage a pipeline of appointments including new business, follow ups and resets.
• Regular prospecting either through door knocking or cold calling businesses
• Be honest and proactive in all your communications both internal and external

Job qualifications:

• 2+ years sales experience
• Valid driver's license
• No criminal record
• Experience in the home improvement/solar industries (preferred but not required)
• The commitment and willingness to regularly prospect
• Money-motivated attitude
• Coachable mentality and willingness to learn
• Determination to win and exceed set expectations
• Work to your potential not your quota

Individuals with enthusiastic personalities and experience We are also offering $19 - $25 / hour to join our team! We are looking to expand exponentially this year and next with an outside sales team who share our drive and motivation as well as our desire to serve our customers with the highest level of service.

Our hourly and commission-based team has a very clear and realistic path to make $200k-$500k per year

$500k in earnings is possible with a combination of attitude, work ethic and charisma combined with a product that almost sells itself.
